What are your store hours?
We're open Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 5:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We recommend arriving early for the best selection!
How far in advance should I order a custom cake?
We recommend ordering custom cakes at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. For larger or more elaborate orders, especially during busy seasons, please contact us 1-2 weeks ahead to ensure availability.
Do you offer gluten-free or allergen-friendly options?
Yes! We offer a selection of gluten-free baked goods and can accommodate many dietary restrictions. Please note that while we take precautions, our kitchen handles wheat, nuts, dairy, and eggs, so we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Do you offer catering services?
Absolutely! We provide catering for events of all sizes with a minimum order of $100. Our catering menu includes assorted pastries, cookies, custom cakes, and coffee service. Contact us at least one week before your event to discuss your needs.
Can I place orders for pickup or delivery?
Yes! You can place orders through our online store for pickup at our location. We also offer local delivery for catering orders over $150 within a 15-mile radius. Shipping is available for select items.
How do I become a wholesale customer?
We'd love to work with your business! Visit our wholesale application page to get started. We require a valid business license and have minimum order requirements. Our team will review your application and contact you within 3-5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). For wholesale customers, we offer net-30 payment terms after account approval.
